Obituary of Harold Lewis Peyton

Harold (Harry) Lewis Peyton, adored husband of Barbara, of Calgary, left us too soon on Sunday, July 17, 2005 at the age of 53 years. Harry was born on May 5, 1952 (Cinco de Mayo) in Calgary, AB. His passions included collector cars, Nascar, motorcycles, and golfing. Harry took pride in his Pilot’s licence. He worked in telecommunications and was a Service Manager with TELUS. Harry was a former member of the Optimist Club of North Calgary. He travelled to the sun and warm beaches around the world. Harry lived and loved life to the fullest. Much loved brother of Jean (Fred) Podovinnikoff of Calgary, Marion (Larry) Yuers, and Frankie Beaton, all of Cochrane; a brother-in-law Lindsay (Sandra) Rutschke of Calgary; special uncle and great-uncle of Jamie (Tammy, Graydon and Gracie) Podovinnikoff of Oakville, ON, Tanya (Al) Van Heukelom of Calgary, Kari (Jay, Madison, Kylie and Kalsie) Sibbald of Cochrane, Dawn (Dave, Drew and Mya) Chorney, of Balzac , AB, Dale Beaton of Cochrane, Brent (Kathy and Owen) Yuers, of Calgary, Darren (Louisa) Yuers of Fernie, BC, Shawn Yuers of Cochrane, and Jason (Corrina) Yuers of Calgary. Those who have gone ahead of him include his mother, Caroline (Carrie) Lewis Peyton in 1981; his father William Harold George Peyton in 1988; and brother-in-law Larry Beaton in 1996.
