Obituary of Dawne Marie Pierson

Dawne Marie Pierson of Calgary passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2005 at the age of 33 years. Dawne was born on April 1, 1972 in Lethbridge, AB. She received her education in Calgary, AB and was an accomplished artist and was especially talented in painting murals of various cultures. Dawne loved the outdoors and enjoyed riding horses as well as riding on a Harley Davidson motorcycle. She had a big heart and would always give of herself to others. Dawne was very outgoing and loved to be with her friends and family. Dawne is survived by her mother Pat Pierson of Calgary; her father Roy and his wife Gloria Pierson of Lethbridge, AB; grandmother Theresa Allen of Sechelt, BC; brother Rick; and sister Kathy; two nieces, Dale-Lyn and Kyleen; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her daughter Ginger; brother Chad; grandparents Howard and Kathleen Pierson and Merle Allen; and her uncle Keith Pierson. A Private Family Service will be held on Friday, July 8, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home (2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB).
