Obituary of Lamie Wahba Ghobrial

Mr. Lamie Wahba Ghobrial of Calgary went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Saturday, June 25, 2005 at the age of 89 years. Lamie was born in Egypt, and taught high school science for many years. He is deeply mourned by his son Joe and his wife Kerry, and his daughter, Marie-Rose and her husband, Ekram Tadros. He is also greatly missed by his four grandchildren, David, Eric, Rebekah and Leah, as well as many other family members in Egypt, the United States, and Canada. Lamie was predeceased by his wife Margueritte in 1984. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens.
