Obituary of Edith Helen Pulvermacher

Edith Helen Pulvermacher, beloved wife of Wilf Pulvermacher of Calgary, passed away suddenly after a brief illness on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at the age of 71 years. Edith was born in Beiseker, AB on January 5, 1934. She was married to her best friend Wilf for forty-seven years. Together, she and Wilf enjoyed many holidays; usually, two vacations per year. In later years, they also enjoyed their grandchildren. Besides her loving husband Wilf, Edith is remembered by her son and daughter-in-law Neal and Alison of Calgary; and two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Vic Newton of Merritt, BC, and Maxine and Mike Moorcroft of Calgary; four grandchildren, Robyn and Adam Pulvermacher, Christopher and Jennifer Newton. She is also survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Peter and Edna Ternes and Bill and Elvira Ternes; her sister Mary Plante; and her sister-in-law Lovey Ternes. Edith was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law Max Ternes and Rose Ternes; brother Jerry Ternes; and brother-in-law Bill Plante. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Catholic Church (541 Silvergrove Drive N.W.) on Friday, June 24, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Bill Corcoran, Presider.
