Obituary of Ervin Lohse

Ervin Lohse, beloved husband of Mrs. Olga Lohse of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2005. Ervin was born on January 29, 1915 on the family farm in Saskatchewan. He farmed in the Southern Saskatchewan area before retiring to Calgary in 1971 to be nearer to his family. Farming and family were the most important things in life to Ervin. Ervin is survived by his wife Olga of sixty-five years; three daughters and sons-in-law, June and Ralph Melnik of Red Deer, AB, Donna and Morley Moger of Calgary, AB, Bev and Matt Kozun of Regina, SK; five grandchildren, Robin and Kirk Irwin of Langley, BC, Coleen and Brent Wesley of Red Deer, AB, Bonnie and Jim Fraser of Victoria, BC, Rocky and Julie Downton of Lacombe, AB, Loni and Alice Moger of Calgary, AB; and seventeen great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, mother Susan on January 1943, father Albert on March 1959.
