Obituary of Isayas Stefanos Tekie

Isayas Stefanos Tekie of Calgary passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at the age of 35 years. Isayas Tekie, of Eritrean descent, was born in Addis Ababa, on July 10, 1969. He immigrated to Canada in 1980. Upon completing his education, Isayas worked as a General Contractor in Calgary. He had a great love for his family and friends and will be greatly missed. The eldest of three children, Isayas is survived by his brother and sister; his parents Stefanos and Lucia Tekie of Calgary; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) today, June 11, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
