Obituary of Leonard Kurt Filbrandt

Leonard (Len) Kurt Filbrandt, beloved husband of Marylin Filbrandt, of Calgary, passed away after a short courageous battle with cancer, on Saturday, June 4, 2005 at the age of 67 years. Len was born on July 24, 1937 in Regina, SK. Besides his loving wife, Marylin, Len is survived by son and daughter-in-law, David and Debbie, and their children, Alesta and Clint, and son Neal, all of Calgary; daughter and son-in-law Karen and Jason Linder and their children, Michael and Branden, all of Regina. He is also survived by his sister, Lorraine Schaffer of Regina, and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Lorne and Jackie Filbrandt of Regina and Cliff and Carol Baker of Abbotsford, BC. Len was predeceased by his parents Paul and Katharine Filbrandt. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Saturday, June 11, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev.
