Obituary of Ian Trevor Hay

Ian Hay of Calgary passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2005 at the age of 75 years. Ian was born on October 23, 1929 in Sedgewick, AB. In 1952 he married Jean and worked for Western Supplies in Calgary, Edmonton and in Regina until he returned to Calgary in 1968 before retiring in 1978. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed being with his family. Ian is survived by his two sons and one daughter-in-law, Stuart Hay and Victoria McCarthy of Millarville and Kim Hay of Edmonton. His grandchildren, Erin, Kevin and Shannon Hay, Michelle (Colin) Havereon and Ellisha and Shannon Roche. Ian is also survived by his sister Shirley Leacock of Calgary and his sister-in-law Barbara Hay of Calgary as well as his special friend Elizabeth Siddall of Millarville. Ian was predeceased by his wife Jean in 1999, his daughter-in-law Stephanie in 1998, his grandson Jason Roche and his brother Lindsay Hay. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
