Obituary of Sheila Bateman

Sheila Bateman of Calgary passed away on Friday, May 20, 2005 at the age of 74 years. Sheila’s memory will be cherished by her six children, four sons and two daughters-in-law, Brian Bateman and Jack Bateman, both of Calgary, Dwayne and Barb Bateman of Dallas, TX and Larry and Sherrie Bateman of High River, AB; two daughters and a son-in-law, Susan and Bob Willoughby of High River and Donna Bateman of Calgary; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Hugh and Marilyn McKevitt of Calgary and Edwin and Linda McKevitt of Drayton Valley, AB; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Audrey and Jack Whiteley of Calgary and Alberta and Ken Macmillan of Okotoks, AB; and sister-in-law Marcelle McKevitt of Calgary. She was predeceased by her husband Don Bateman in 1989 and her brother Larry McKevitt in 1997. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church (1414 Shawnessy Boulevard S.W.) on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Keith F. Sorge, Presider.
