Obituary of Hazel Clara Tosh

Hazel Clara Tosh of Calgary passed away on Monday, May 16, 2005 at the age of 87 years, in the presence of her three children. Hazel was born in Calgary and married her childhood sweetheart George Tosh in 1938. She followed and supported him while he was employed in the oil patch throughout western Canada. Hazel is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, George and Joyce Tosh of Regina, Bill and Beverly Tosh of Calgary and her daughter and son-in-law Kay and Per Hansen of Vancouver, BC. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Evangeline and Lara Tosh, Scott and Sean Tosh and Mikkel Hansen as well as her two sisters and brother-in-law Jean and Gordon Rowan of Calgary and Ruth Wallace of Worsley, AB and her numerous nieces and nephews. Hazel was predeceased by her husband George on October 16, 2004 and her sister Janet McKay in 2004. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel, (14441 Bannister Road S.E.), on Thursday, May 19, 2005 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel, (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, May 20, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Okotoks Cemetery.
