Obituary of Edna Victoria Millican

Edna Victoria Millican passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2005. Edna was born in Kelowna, BC on April 2, 1914, spent her childhood in Trochu, AB and moved to Calgary in 1927. Her great style, gracious spirit and love of life will live on in the hearts of her many friends and her family – her son Ron Millican, her daughter and son-in-law, Lynne and Wayne McKee, all of Calgary, and her sister Jean Pengilly of Chase, BC. She was predeceased by her husband, Bud Millican, and two sisters, Thelma Johnson and Dorothy Robbins. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 16, 2005 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses (1736 – 10 Avenue S.W.) at 2:00 p.m. with Mr. David Loucks officiating. A Family Graveside Service will be held at Burnsland Cemetery on Tuesday, May 17, 2005.
