Obituary of Lillie Thelma Levy
Lillie Thelma Levy (nee Hare) of Calgary, formerly of Edmonton, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 25, 2005 at the age of 101 years.
Thelma was born on December 10, 1903 in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. She will be lovingly remembered by her two sons Hugh (Betty), and Douglas; five grandchildren Donald (Susan), Barbara (Jim), James (Colleen), Stephen and Sarah; and three great grandchildren Greg, Chris and Bruce, all of Calgary. Thelma was predeceased by her husband James Reuben Levy in 1976 and her son Dr. James M Levy in 1966.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Edgemont Retirement Residence (80 Edenwold Dr. N.W.) on Friday, April 29, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. A second Memorial Service with interment will be held in Edmonton on Thursday, May 5, 2005. The family would also like to thank Dr. Myles and staff of the Foothills Medical Centre unit 32 for their excellent care.
