Obituary of Peter Aloysius Juigalli

Peter Aloysius Juigalli, beloved husband of Margaret Juigalli, of Calgary passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 26, 2005 at the age of 93 years. Peter was born on May 8, 1911 in Calgary. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Peter lived his life for his family and will be remembered lovingly. He attended St Angela’s and St Mary’s schools and continued his education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Peter was a well-respected businessman who operated his own wood finishing and decorating company for over thirty years until he retired at the age of sixty-five. His passion was spending time with his family, also enjoying sports and fishing. Besides his loving wife of sixty-seven years, Peter is survived by his four children and their spouses, Geraldine Orme, Leona and Reg Schancel, Gordon and Karon Juigalli and John and Shirley Juigalli; six grandchildren, Richard, Gary, Rodney, Peter, Troy, and Kristyne; seven great-grandchildren, Shelby, Connor, Megan, Paige, Curtis, Brittany, and Preston; as well as numerous extended family members. Peter was predeceased by his loving grandson Reginald Schancel. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Thursday, March 31, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
