Obituary of Jesus Zablan

Jesus (Jess) V. Zablan, beloved husband of Teodora, of Calgary passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 26, 2005 at the age of 91 years. Jess was born on December 10, 1913 in the Philippines. Besides his loving wife, Teodora, Jess is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Helen and Rey Lansang, Florence and Oyie Josue and, Josephine and Geoff Heiland; six grandchildren, Judith (Rodney), Jerome (Liezl), Ryan, Faye, Dexter, and Michael; and six great-grandsons, Jacob, Josiah, Cameron, Antonio, Dominico, and Phoenix, all of Calgary. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, March 28, 2005 and Tuesday, March 29, 2005 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Ascension Catholic Church (1100 Berkshire Boulevard N.W.); the time will be announced at a later date.
