Obituary of Douglas Tersigni

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Douglas “Doug” Albert Tersigni announce his passing at home, surrounded by his family, on Saturday, March 19, 2005 after a brief but valiant struggle with cancer at the age of 55 years. Doug was a cherished husband to Donna, a loving father to Heather, Jessica and Darcy; a caring son; a beloved brother to seven siblings; a special uncle to many nieces and nephews; and a friend to young and old. Doug was born on March 28, 1949 in Toronto, ON. He moved to Saskatoon, SK as a young boy and received his education there. Doug came to Calgary in 1984 and was employed by Sovereign Castings. He was an ardent fisherman, an awesome pool player and an optimistic golfer. Doug was the life of any party and will be missed by all whose lives he touched.
