Obituary of Ethel Hess

Vivian passed away peacefully at the Bethany Cochrane on March 12, 2005. Vivian was predeceased by her husband Gordon. Vivian is survived by her sons Norman (Doreen) and Gary and daughter Beverley (Ken) Anderson, and her grandchildren, Doran, Randy (Leisha), Andrea (Greg), Colin and Leslie (Jeff) and one great-grandson, Ethan. Vivian is also survived by her brothers John (Iris) and Ralph (Ruth). Vivian was a member of the Earl Grey Golf Club for over 50 years and a member and Past-President of the Gryo (Gryettes) Club of Calgary. Vivian was proud to have been born in Calgary and to have spent her entire life in the Calgary area. Vivian enjoyed playing bridge and loved her cats, dogs and horses as if they were members of her family. The family wishes to thank the compassionate staff at the Bethany Cochrane for the excellent care Vivian received. At Vivian’s request there will be not be a formal service.
