Obituary of Evelyn Gertrude Dain

Eva passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 13, 2005, in the early morning hours at the age of 92 years, at the Intercare Brentwood Care Centre. Eva was born in Emo, ON on April 11, 1912. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Virginia (Bob) Armstrong, Jim (Alma) Dain, Carol (Glen) Dessler, Audrey Dain, Linda (Rick) Rogers and Laura (Yvon) Michaud; her thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a sister-in-law Louise Dain; and several nieces and nephews. Eva was predeceased by her husband Frank on April 4, 1993; grandsons Douglas Armstrong in March of 1958 and Kyle Murphy in October of 2000. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
