Obituary of Pietro Nicoletti

Pietro Nicoletti (Peter) of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at the age of 57 years. Pietro was born on January 1, 1948 in San Giovanni, Fiore, Italy.immigrating to Calgary in 1963 with his family. On October 6,1974 Pietro married Maria Teresa and in 1977 they began their own hairstyling business Pietro Hairstylists, which was his life’s work and pride. Pietro loved to go fishing, and especially enjoyed his cars. He also enjoyed the outdoors and going to Bragg Creek area. Most of all he loved being with his family and taking part in all their activities. Besides his loving wife Maria Teresa, Pietro is also survived by his daughter Giuseppina and son-in-law Domenico Sisto of Toronto, ON, daughter Fiomena Nicoletti and promisary Luciano Scarcelli of Calgary; mother Giuseppina Nicoletti; and mother-in-law Filomena Stambene both of Italy. He is also survived by his brother Giovanni Nicoletti of Calgary; nephews Giuseppe and his wife Koleta, and Andrea Nicoletti; brother-in-law Francesco Tricoci and family in Italy; also numerous cousins and godchildren. He was predeceased by his father Giuseppe Nicoletti, and father-in-law Luigi Tricoci.
