Jared Brown

Obituary of Jared Ray Brown

It is with great sadness that the Brown family announces the sudden passing of our dear Jared on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at the age of 22 years. Jared was born in Barrhead, AB and lived in Swan Hills and Grande Prairie prior to moving to Calgary at the age of fifteen. Jared was a millennium grad from Dr. E.P. Scarlett prior to his enrollment at Mount Royal College where he majored in History and hoped to teach someday. At the age of seven, Jared developed Juvenile Diabetes and Epilepsy. His positive attitude was an inspiration to all and his easy-going nature helped keep all things in perspective. Jared’s kitchen creations made family dinners a delight, clean up a challenge. Jared’s gung-ho spirit was responsible for the treasure chest of memories which we will cherish always. Jared was loved by many and will be sorely missed by his parents, Merton (Percy) and Doreen; siblings, Byron and Stacey; and grandmother Maxine Kerber as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jared was predeceased by his grandparents, Victor Kerber, Ray (Garnet) Brown and Verna Brown; and an aunt Marlene. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
