Obituary of Elizabeth Anne Coombe

Elizabeth Anne (Liz) Coombe (nee Powers) of Calgary passed away on Monday, January 24, 2005 at the age of 61 years. Liz was born in Edmonton on May 3, 1943, where she was raised and educated. Liz had an outgoing personality and was always doing things for others. She loved to dance in particular Highland Dancing, for which she won many awards and countless medals. Liz is survived by her children, Todd (Lesley) Baran , and Troy (Shelly) Baran both of Calgary, Kelly (Rhonda) Coombe of Beiseker; her grandchildren, Shantel, Brandon, Brittney, Hunter, Victoria, Sheila, and Peyton; brothers Bill (Donna Lee) of Calgary and Lorne (Marie) of Edmonton; niece Debbie and nephew James both of Eckville. Also a large group of friends from the Shamrock Hotel and the Golden Age Club. Liz was predeceased by her husband Allan.
