Obituary of Audrey Belle Merkel

Audrey Belle Merkel (nee Campbell), beloved wife of Charles Robert Merkel of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 15, 2005, at the age of 84 years. Audrey was born in Sioux Lookout, ON. Audrey will be sadly missed by her three sons, Bob, Rich (Pat) and Craig; her beloved sister Myrtle Roberts of Pickering, ON; beloved sisters-in-law, Grace Merkel of Winnipeg, MB and Isabel Campbell of Victoria, BC. She will also be lovingly remembered by her six grandchildren, Christie, Kim, Jenn, Gordon, Rob, and Christopher; as well as her many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Robert Merkel in 1997; brother Hamilton; and sisters, Dorothy and Babe. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Thursday, January 20, 2005 at 1:00 pm. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
