Obituary of Richard Donald Parisian

Richard Donald Parisian, beloved husband of Maureen Parisian of Calgary, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2005 at the age of 71 years. Richard was born on December 19, 1933 in Lebret, SK, the eldest of twelve children. As a proud member of the Princess Patricia Canadian Light Infantry First and Second Battalions, Richard was a Korean Veteran and also served in Germany. He later resided in Calgary and worked for Imperial Oil for twenty-five years. Upon retirement, he enjoyed working for the Corps of Commissionaires at the Calgary Zoo. We will deeply miss your reserved nature, sly humour, tenacity and proud stubbornness. We will miss you always dear husband, father and grandpa. Besides his loving wife Maureen, Richard is survived by his children and their spouses, Michelle and David Dunkley, Wade Parisian, and Denise and Steve Lokodi; and his grandchildren, Kali, Alex, Ryan, Melodie, and Paul.
