Obituary of Irene Elizabeth Deslauriers

Irene Elizabeth Deslauriers, beloved wife of Maurice G. Deslauriers of Calgary and loving mother of AndrÚ and Monique, passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2005 at the age of 52 years. Irene’s career as an RN was not just a job, but a passion. Her love was extended to all the infant children in her care and she loved all of them as if they were her own. Irene felt, “Nothing is so strong as gentleness, nothing is so gentle as real strength.” Besides her loving husband Maurice, and their children AndrÚ and Monique, Irene will be forever remembered by her mother Irene Bali; and two sisters, Dorothy and Csilla. She was predeceased by her father Joseph.
