Obituary of Van Lissum

Diane Van Lissum, beloved wife of John Van Lissum of Calgary, passed away at the Bethany Care Centre on January 3, 2005 at the age of 61. Diane, affectionately known as “Nanny” to her grandchildren, loved gardening, cooking and sewing, and made many of her daughter’s dresses when they were children. Besides Diane’s loving husband John, she is survived by her daughters, Heidi, Katrina (Trevor) and Melissa (Larry); as well as her grandchildren, Aaron, Andra, Jamie, Kyle, Kenny and Tylor. She is also survived by her brothers, Fred (Lesley), Pat (Nancy), David (Christine), and Michael (Jean); and her sister Tina (John). Diane was predeceased by her parents Allan Jackson and Betty Lockerbie.
