Obituary of Evelyn Ruby Stanhope

Evelyn (Lynne) Stanhope of Calgary passed away peacefully at the Newport Harbour Long Term Care Centre on Thursday, December 16, 2004 at the age of 85 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Bruce Stanhope in May of 2003. Lynne is lovingly remembered by her family, Michael and Maureen Stanhope of Pennsylvania, and Shelley and Lorne Goodman of Balzac; her three grandchildren, Fraser Goodman, Conor and Bryce Stanhope; and many other dear relatives and friends. Lynne will be remembered for her gracious, kind and accepting, and loving approaches to life. That big smile, sense of humour, vitality and true understanding will be missed by many. Funeral Services will be held at Balzac United Church, Balzac. on Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Garth Mundle officiating.
