Obituary of Benny Christensen

Benny Christensen of Calgary passed away at the Sarcee Hospice on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at the age of 63 years. Benny was born in Haderslev, Denmark on December 6, 1940 and moved to Canada in 1956 at the age of 16 years. Benny worked at Caltrax and put great value in the friendships and relationships he developed there. He loved motorcycles and touring around the country. Benny’s passion was carpentry and having a couple of beers with his pals. Benny is remembered by a daughter Nina and her husband Andrew Silver of Calgary; two sons, Paul of Edmonton and Jeff of Toronto, ON; two grandchildren, Amelia and Victoria; two brothers, Ole and his wife Sue, and Bruno; and a nephew Jason and his wife Kelly. Benny was predeceased by his mother Gerda and his father Rejner.
