Obituary of James Alexander Wallace
James (Jim) Wallace, beloved husband for forty-seven years of Margaret Rose of Calgary, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2004 at the age of 71 years.
Jim was born in Young, SK on December 26, 1932. He moved to Gleichen, AB in 1947, and then to Calgary in 1963. He was a man who was dearly loved and will be sadly missed.
Besides his loving wife Margaret Rose, Jim will be remembered by his two sons and a daughter-in-law, Brent James and Mark William and Carol; daughters, Andrea Lynn and Kathryn Hannah; grandchildren, Jeremy Brent, Justin Ryan, Joshua Blair, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Bradbury, and Alexander James Hartwell. He is also survived by his sisters and a brother-in-law, Edith and Charlie Todd and Ida Capes; as well as nieces and nephews, Maureen and Greg, Corlene and Dean, Arlen, Val and Russ, Syd and Trudy, Mickey and Leanna, Wanda, Jenny, Dennis and Carol Lynn, Ward, Wally and Karen, Laurie and Kevin, Cheryl and Don, Donna, Monica and Doug, Debbie and Dean. He was predeceased by his parents William and Hannah Wallace; his sisters, Edna Sauve, Mae Wilson, Cora Wallace; and brothers, William Hale and Sydney John.
Funeral Services will be held at Christ Moravian Church (600 Acadia Drive S.E.) on Friday, December 3, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
