Obituary of JosÚ Pereira Jacinto

It is with great sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. JosÚ P. Jacinto on Saturday, November 20, 2004 at the age of 84 years. JosÚ was born in Faial, Azores on May 24, 1920. He came to Canada in 1957 and settled in Calgary with his young family in 1958. Besides his loving wife of 57 years, Matilde, he is survived by his son JosÚ, his daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabete and David, Alda and Laszlo, as well as his devoted grandchildren, Andrea, David C. and his wife Jen, Jason, Teci and Mathew. JosÚ is also survived by his sister Theresa E. of Rhode Island, and Ida Sousa of the Azores. He was predeceased by his brother Manuel and sister Maria. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (4747 – 30th Street S.E.) on Thursday, November 25, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (4747 – 30th Street S.E.) on Friday, November 26, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev.
