Obituary of William James Henderson

William (Willy) James Henderson (B.Ed), beloved partner of Susan Burgess of Calgary, passed away at their residence on Friday, November 12, 2004 at the age of 55 years. William was born on August 10, 1949 in Winnipeg, MB. He obtained his Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary and worked for the City of Calgary for many years. He was very athletic and involved with various contact sports. One major accomplishment was becoming a Western Canada Wrestling Champion. William had an immense love of literature, history and travel. Besides his loving partner Susan, William is survived by his only child Jennifer and her husband Wayne Belanger; his mother Betty Hudson of Calgary; his three grandsons, Justin, Jordan, and Christopher Belanger; his twin sister Elizabeth and her husband Duncan McColl and their three children Andrew, Jonathan and David as well as his good friend Janet Mericle.
