Obituary of Gerard Johanus Marinus Notermans

Gerard Notermans of Calgary passed away on Friday, November 12, 2004. Gerard was born in The Netherlands and came to Calgary in 1975. Gerard taught high school at William Aberhart and Lord Beaverbrook High until he retired in 1990. He was the Choir Director at Holy Name Catholic Church and at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. He was a member of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra Chorus for twenty-two years. Gerard is survived by his wife Ida and his brother-in-law Fr. Bill Trienekens of Calgary; his sister Annie; his many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and nieces and nephews in both Europe and Canada. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827 – 24th Street S.W.) Monday, November 15, 2004 at 7:00 pm.
