Obituary of Marie Perle Anderson

Marie Anderson, vocalist, formerly known as the Elks Nightingale, beloved wife of Harold Anderson, leader of the Calgary Ranch Boy’s Band for over fifty years, passed away suddenly at home in Calgary. Marie will be dearly missed by her devoted husband Harold Anderson of forty seven years, her sons Norman Anderson and Bobby (van) Haaren of Calgary, grandchildren Leisa Schimpf, and her husband Kevin, Amanda and Melissa van Haaren; great grandchildren Cody, Coulton and Amy Schimpf; nephews Terry and Gary Anctil; and numerous friends in Canada and the U.S.A.
