Obituary of Denise Holmes

Denise Holmes, beloved wife of Darryl Holmes of Calgary, passed away at home on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at the age of 65 years. Denise was born on September 7, 1939 in Kirkland, ON and moved to Calgary in 1973 with her family. Denise enjoyed many activities but her favorite was quilting. Besides her loving husband Darryl, Denise is survived by her children, Robyn Tearne, Janet Tearne, Lisa Tearne, Kathleen and Brad Pepers, Paul Holmes, and David Holmes; eight grandchildren; her mother Marie Yvonne LeBlanc; two sisters, Jeanne Blum, and Annette LeBlanc; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church (1600 Acadia Drive S.E.) on Monday, November 15, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Julian Studden Presider.
