Obituary of Lorraine McDonald

Helen Lorraine McDonald, (formerly Pound) of Calgary, passed away very peacefully at Newport Harbour Care Centre on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at the age of 77 years. Lorraine was born on December 10, 1926 in Edmonton, AB. She worked for Transport Canada and PFRA retiring in 1991. Lorraine is survived by two sons, Bob and Marles Pound and Dan McDonald and Brad Bowes; two daughters, Dianne and Jerry Clark all of Calgary, and Lorilee Lefebvre of Duncan, BC; two grandchildren, Colleen Pound and Greg Pound. She is also survived by two sisters, Ruby Stoughton and Audrey (Gil) Johnson both of Calgary, AB; Dan’s father Moe McDonald of Calgary; and numerous nieces and nephews. Lorraine was predeceased by her first husband “Gib” Pound and a sister Louise Arnold.
