Obituary of Albert Louis Morin

Albert (Al) Louis Morin passed away peacefully at the Agape Hospice with his wife Jeannine at his side on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at the age of 69 years, following a struggle with cancer. Al was born on June 8, 1935 in Altamont, MB. After his graduation he began his affiliation with Federated and Co-op Retail where his organizational and leadership skills were soon recognized. He worked for over forty years until his retirement in 1996. An ardent sports enthusiast, Al enjoyed golfing, camping and curling. He relaxed when woodworking and listening to music. A perfectionist by nature, he took pride in a job well done. His warm personality won him many cherished friends. He enjoyed a hearty laugh, loved life and lived it to the fullest. Al will be missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of forty-six years Jeannine; a brother Tony (Doris); sister Lucie; and many nieces and nephews. Al was predeceased by his parents, Rosalie and Emile; and his sister Hectorine. A Celebration of Life will be held at Canadian Martyrs Catholic Church (835 Northmount Drive N.W.) on Saturday, November 6, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Avinash Colaco, Presider.
