Obituary of Ralph Arthur Lazzarotto

Ralph Arthur Lazzarotto “Lazz” beloved husband of Tracy Lazzarotto (nee Harris) of Calgary, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at the age of 51 years. Ralph was born on May 20, 1953 in Revelstoke, B.C. He has lived in Nelson, North Vancouver and Mission. He was employed with C.P. Rail for thirty-three years. Ralph enjoyed photography, hiking, nature, star-gazing, cooking, wine tasting, playing squash, golf, baseball and guitar. He enjoyed spending summer vacations at the family cabins at Mara Lake, B.C., and Lake Superior, ON. The last four years of his life have been his happiest, after meeting his beloved Tracy. Then on September 10th, 2004, the happiest day of his life, he married Tracy, aboard the CP Rail -Empress’ Steam Train. Ralph is survived by his parents Armando and Olive Lazzarotto; brothers, Lorne and Georgina Lazzarotto of Williams Lake, B.C., Eric and Anne Lazzarotto of Calgary, Arne and Leslie Lazzarotto of Red Deer, and Normand and Charmane Lazzarotto of Revelstoke, B.C.; as well as nephews and nieces Ryan, Christian, Erika, Martin, Brooke, Brent, Justin, Ashley, and Jeffrey. A Visitation will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Saturday, October 30, 2004 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Funeral Services and A Celebration of Ralph’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Sunday, October 31, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev.
