Obituary of Muriel Warren

Muriel Doreen Warren of Calgary, formerly of Winnipeg, MB, passed away at the Rosedale Hospice in Calgary, on Sunday, October 17, 2004 at the age of 75 years. Muriel was born in Portage la Prairie, MB, and grew up in the Winnipeg area. In Winnipeg she was an active bowler at the Fort Garry Bowling Alley. Muriel was also an active member with the Fort Garry United Church and the Church’s Women’s Group U.C.W. Unit 6. She is survived by her son Randall Warren; and a granddaughter Jessica Warren. She is also survived by her sister Mabel Palmer and numerous extended family and friends. Muriel was predeceased by her husband, John of fifty-one years, a brother, Thomas; and four sisters, Margaret, Caroline, Doris, and Alice.
