Obituary of Ruth Esther Kirchner

Ruth Esther Kirchner of Calgary passed away peacefully to meet her husband Albert, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at the age of 72 years. Born in Stony Plain, AB, Ruth was one of fourteen children born to John and Theresa Getzinger. Ruth married her lifelong soul mate Albert, and together they made many friends wherever life took them. She was always the caring wife, mother and grandmother, always placing others before herself. Ruth’s beautiful smile will be remembered by all who had met her. Ruth is survived by her son Wayne (Jennifer); and her daughter Karen (Kelvin) Dekker as well as her five grandchildren, Kenton (Jennifer), Lyndsay, Kieran, Ryan, and Lauren. Ruth was predeceased by her husband Albert.
