Obituary of Wilfred Weaver
Wilf Weaver of Calgary, beloved husband of Gwen, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at the age of 76 years.
Wilf was born on February 5, 1928 in Natal, BC.
Wilf’s passion was to go hunting or fishing whenever possible. He loved to be with his family and especially enjoyed to attend his grandchildren’s hockey games, where he affectionately became known by all the players and coaches as the “Hockey Grampa”. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.
Besides his loving wife, Gwen, Wilf is remembered by his children; Beverlee, Bonnie, Barbara and Michael; and two grandchildren, Niki and AJ. He is also survived by one brother, three sisters and numerous nieces, nephew and friends.
