Obituary of Rozika Kusen

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden loss of Rozika (Rose) Kusen, beloved wife of Peter Kusen on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the age of 77 years. Rose had a wonderful zest for life. She easily made many friends, was always willing to provide a lending ear, and took great pride in helping with the concerns of others even though frailties limited her in her later years. She deeply cared about her family, and her unshakeable faith served as her guide through many joys and tribulations. She was truly an inspiration. Besides her loving husband, Rose will be dearly missed by her sons and daughter-in-law, Ivan (Carie) and Steven; as well as numerous siblings, extended family and friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Cathedral (219 – 18th Avenue S.W.) on Monday, October 4, 2004 at 10:00 am with Rev. Lawrence Bagnall officiating.
