Obituary of Donna Kay Madsen

Donna Madsen of Calgary passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre on Monday, September 27, 2004 at the age of 58 years. Donna was born on November 30, 1945 in Regina, SK. Donna is survived by her daughter Shelley (Todd) of Calgary, AB; and her two grandchildren, Blair and Alix. She is also survived by her parents Don and Barbara of Vernon, BC; and her sister Diane (Klaus) of Salt Spring Island, BC. Donna was predeceased by her husband Hans and son Michael. Funeral Services will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church (924 Heritage Drive S.W.) on Friday, October 1, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Rod Sykes and Ms. Shannon Mang officiating.
