Obituary of Patrick Bernard Rollick

Patrick Rollick, beloved husband of Donna Rollick of Calgary, passed away at the Peter Loughheed Centre on Monday, September 20, 2004 at the age of 72 years. Pat was born in Buchanan, SK on October 6, 1931. He was a dedicated and loyal employee of the Canadian Pacific Railway, his career spanned forty-three years and took him throughout Southern Alberta. In retirement his passion for the railroad shifted to gardening, his lawn was legendary, and to sports, he was the ultimate Flames and Stampeders fan and a damn fine curler and avid golfer. Besides his loving wife Donna, Pat is survived by his children, Robin Rollick of Calgary, and Crystal (Brian) of Vancouver. He will also be missed by his son-in-law Stephen O’Connor of Calgary; a brother John Rolick of Shaunavon, SK; a sister Mattie (Gilbert) Adams of Thunder Bay, ON; numerous sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and his cat Cleo. Pat was predeceased by his daughter Janice O’Connor; his parents Panko and Anne Rolick; his brothers, Bill, Mike, Bob, and Sam; and his sister Mary.
