Obituary of Nadine Jesse Auld

Nadine Jesse Auld of Calgary passed away at the Bow Crest Nursing Home on Sunday, September 19, 2004 at the age of 90 years. Nadine was born on November 30, 1913 in Brock, SK. She later attended nursing school in Victoria, BC before serving as a nurse in the Army during WWII. Following the war, Nadine nursed at the Calgary Children’s Hospital (then a house in Mount Royal) until retiring to raise her family Nadine is survived by one son, David Auld of Kelowna; one daughter Belle Auld of Calgary; and two grandchildren, Jeremy Auld and Chawna Exner. She is also survived by a sister Mary Hayes of Saskatoon; nieces and nephews, Tom and Beth More, Pat and Ken Beemish, Beryl Cooke, Judith and Paul McCullough and Brian Hayes. Nadine was predeceased by her husband William S. Auld. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Saturday, September 25, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
