Obituary of Louis Nagy-Gyorgy

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Louis Nagy-Gyorgy on Monday, September 20, 2004. Louis was born on April 22, 1930 in Mako, Hungary and immigrated to Canada in 1956. Hungary, however, was always home and he made great efforts to ensure his family knew his culture and heritage, but most important to keep a close relationship with family members left behind. Louis will be sadly missed by his wife of fifty years, Zsuzsanna; daughter Agi Zacharias (Jerry); son Lou (Charlene); and the lights of his life his granddaughters, Alaina and Lindsay Zacharias. He will be missed by many friends and extended family members here and in Hungary. Louis was predeceased by his parents; and his beloved sister Kati. Funeral Services will be held at Calvin Hungarian Presbyterian Church (101 – 14 Avenue SW) on Friday, September 24, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
