Obituary of Mary Papa

Mary (Caesarina) Papa (nee Aquilini), daughter of the late Antonio and Agata (nee Ciuffa) Aquilini of Calgary, passed away at the Bethany Care Centre on Friday, September 17, 2004 at the age of 94 years. Mary was born on May 21, 1910 in Antrodoco, Italy. Wife of the late Carlo, loving mother of Alfredo and the late Albert; Dear grandmother of four and great-grandmother of five. Fond sister of Jean (the late “Slim”) Lindequist, Anne Hunter, the late Mario (Lena) Aquilini, the late Tom (Pearl) Aquiline, the late Zaida (“Barbara”) Aquilini and the late Alex (Flo) Aquilini. Auntie and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. Cherished cousin of Lorenzo (Caroline) Ciuffa, Antonina Argentieri, and numerous cousins and second cousins. Special “Zia” of Peter and Daniela Ciuffa. Best friend of Mary (the late Owen) Moffat.
