Obituary of Matthew Ronald Aaron Kolk

Matthew (Matt) Kolk, beloved son of Trish Kolk, passed away tragically on Monday, September 13, 2004 at the age of 20 years. Besides his loving mother, Matt is survived and lovingly remembered by his auntie Anneke; cousins, Lisa, Lana, and Tony; special friends, Jean-RenÚ, Emma, Rory, and many other caring friends.
