Obituary of Theresa Head

Theresa (Barry) Head (Terry) passed away suddenly on Friday, August 13, 2004 at the age of 56 years. Terry was born in Calgary on February 16, 1948 to her parents Larry and Emma (Benner) Barry. She attended school in Calgary and graduated from the University of Calgary. She worked as a teacher for the Calgary Board of Education for many years until her retirement in 2003. Terry was a talented and gifted artist, sculptor and an avid gardener. Their home was a show place for her beautiful artwork and her fabulous flower gardens. Terry is survived by her mother Emma of Calgary; a niece Stephanie of Red Deer; a nephew Winston of Calgary; and her cousin, Brother Bernard Barry OFM of Edmonton. Terry was predeceased by her loving husband Brian in 2003; her father Larry; and her half-brother Larry. Terry was beloved by many and will be missed by her many friends. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at 10:00 A.M.
