Obituary of Muriel Alice McMullan

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother Muriel Alice McMullan (nee Shelvey) of Calgary on Friday August 13, 2004 at the age of 79. Muriel was the loving mother of a son and daughter-in-law Wayne and Bev, two grandchildren Jennie and Justin and great-grandson Jordan, all of Calgary, as well as a daughter Sandra of Winnipeg. She is also survived by her mother Eva Shelvey, brothers, Ernest (Bertha) Shelvey, Roy (Judy) Shelvey, Percy (Louise) Shelvey, and her sisters Eileen Hall and Bernice (Ervin) Fuhrmann. Muriel was predeceased by her husband Robert Alexander McMullan on February 16, 1995. Muriel cherished her time with her family and friends. She spent many enjoyable hours creating her crafts and tending to her flower gardens that she loved so much. Her spirit and generosity as well as her priceless sense of humour touched many lives. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Thursday, August 19, 2004 at 12:30 P.M. with the Rev.
