Obituary of Jose Francisco Motta

It is with great sorrow, we announce the passing of our father Sargento JosÚ Francisco Motta, on Thursday, August 5, 2004. JosÚ served twenty years service as a nurse in the Chilean Navy. He was predeceased by his father Ramiro; and sisters Aida and Angelica. JosÚ is survived by his mother Aida; ex-wife Flor; daughter Catalina (Andrea); son JosÚ; grandchildren, Kady, Jessica and Otis; brothers, Ramiro, Juan, Jaime, Rodolfo; sister Flor and his dear friends, Alfredo, Ibarrita, Taconi and Juan. The Motta family send a special thanks to the staff of the Rocky View Hospital, Unit 72 and 73 and staff of the Salvation Army AgapÚ Hospice, your loving care is cherished and remembered. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at 2:30P.M. with Pastor Neil P.
