Obituary of William Turner

William Turner, loving father of William George (Cathy), James Richard (Michele), JoAnne Vivian (Terry Bertamini); and grandfather of Elizabeth, Rebecca, Luke, Matthew, Mark, John, Adam, Daniel, Michael (Allyson), Todd (Lauri); and great-grandfather of Connor, and Colton, passed away at the Carewest Sarcee Hospice on August 5, 2004 at the age of 90 years. Bill was predeceased by his loving wife Isabel, in 1995, and is survived by his sisters Anne Douglas Hutton, Gladys Simpson, and Edith Bruce. Respecting his wishes no funeral will be held, flowers are gratefully declined. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. The family would like to thank those who provided help and care in Bill’s final journey. An afternoon gathering in Bill’s garden will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2004 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., contact 948-7174 for further information.
