Obituary of Hildegard Wiens

Hildegard Frida Wiens, beloved wife of David Wiens, passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre on Sunday, August 1, 2004 at the age of 70 years. Hildegard worked for ten years at the Royal Bank, main branch. She enjoyed teaching Sunday school and her love for children was immense. She is survived by her husband of thirty-five years David; numerous cousins; three brothers-in-law, Jake Wiens, John Wiens, and Abe Wiens; and one sister-in-law Mary Boseman. Hildegard was predeceased by her daughter Cathy in 1972; and her parents Carl and Bertha Kaminski; as well as brothers-in-law Peter and Henry Wiens. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Thursday, August 5, 2004 at 2:30 P.M. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
